Using sound in a therapeutic context, Mariel Sol will guide you through an experiential journey of inspired sounds proven to relax our nervous system, enhance our state of mind, and improve the function of our immune system. It supports better sleep, stress relief, brings us in tune with ourselves, and uplifts our vibration and spirit.

You will experience a unique Sacred Sound Bath including vocal medicine melodies and indigenous healing instruments. Mariel will integrate gentle hands-on work to support each person. In this workshop you will be given tools to uncover your own potential for self-healing.

Mariel Sol is a Sound, Music, and Energy Practitioner. Certified by the Sound & Music Institute in New York, she studied with some of the foremost leaders in modern and ancient sound and energy healing techniques. In addition to her more than 20 years of experience as a professional singer and vocal coach, Mariel has been trained in hands-on energy healing modalities including Polarity Therapy and Reiki.
